SPEEDWAY MIRACLE TOURNAMENT 2019
Hasbro Children’s Hospital and the Alston family were honored to attend the 2019 Speedway Miracle Golf Tournament. This was Speedway’s 28th annual golf tournament! The four-person scramble format provided an opportunity for nearly 800 golfers to spend quality time with Speedway’s management team with all proceeds supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in the communities we serve. Over $3 Million was raised this week through the golf tournament, online auction, and donations.
This fun event raises funds for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $5 billion—most of it $1 at a time—for 170 children’s hospitals across the United States and Canada, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of the mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
