The Dancing Has Paused, but the FUNdraising Has Not!

The student-lead movement to Save Kid’s Lives and Change Kids’ Futures.

Since the year 1991, Dance Marathons across the United States and Canada have raised over $300 million dollars for local children’s hospitals such as Hasbro Children’s Hospital right here in Rhode Island. In Hasbro’s backyard are three colleges who have dedicated countless hours to bringing the message of child health to their peers. Brown University, Salve Regina University, and University of Rhode Island are leading the charge in local peer-to-peer fundraising, raising more than $100,000 this year alone.

As soon as the marathon ends for one year, a new one begins. This is a year-round effort, and it is never too late, or too early, to start thinking about ways to get involved!

While the dancing has paused, the FUNdraising has not!
